Rooms
Hello,
I use Units to create rooms e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom, Hallway Downstairs, Bedroom 1 for my properties; I do this for a few reasons...
1. It's the only place I can now do it since the Room's tab was removed from the old version.
2. Add White / Brown Good > To record the room where the white or brown good is located; this includes CO2 alarms which I used the Warranty Expire date to record when they need to be changed so I get an alert in the calendar.
3. Add Property Essential – To record the room where the stop tap is located etc.
Problems I’m trying to overcome…
1. Using units to create rooms results in Landlord vision treating the property as an HMO; and since a tenant can only be allocated to one Unit / Room the other rooms show as unoccupied; which in turn messes up the Dashboard figures.
Feature Request
1. Tenancy - Please can a tick box be provided within the tenancy tab so that all Units can be automatically allocated to the tenant(s).
2. Add Work Order – Please could there be a drop down to select the Unit the work order is to be carried out in.
3. Allow a picture and the Sqm to be assigned to each unit.
