Invoice reminder

Implement an automatic invoice reminder for income payments. If an invoice remains unpaid you can choose to send reminders at particular intervals (1 day, 3 days, week, ect), these reminders could be by email, or also text message at an additional fee. This should also include a reminder email to the landlord to let them know an payment is late.

It would also be handy to have an auto-reconcile feature in bank feeds. If the reference field matches the reference you set in repeating income it could auto reconcile to the tenancy meaning the payment wont be chased.
