User Access Features

The current User access feature is really useful but could be improved. Some improvements could be:

1. At the moment when there is No Access the tab is not visible which is great. This could be taken further with Read Only. As an example if a User is read only for Expenses the '+' icon is still visible in the Expenses tab and only when an expense is attempted to be submitted does the User limitation error come up. Hiding the '+' would stop the user believing they can do certain things within LV that they cannot.

2. It would be really useful if a user who has 'Read Only' or 'No Access' to Expenses/Income could still upload files to the scanned receipt tab.

3. Having the ability to edit the invitation email would be very useful. Or giving the option to not send an email from LV and have a hyperlink that can then be sent internally or through other means.

4. If the User has 'No Access' to Reports then the Performance widget shouldn't be available to view on the dashboard.

5. Template User Access - Having either top level (LV decided) or Account Owner editable Template User Access would be a really handy feature for when adding Users.
