Bank statement imports using QIF files

I have just found that LV2 does not support QIF files for importing bank statements - this was the preferred format in Legacy LV, and much more efficient than CSV files.

I know that with Open Banking we can have automatic importing function - but some people may not be comfortable with open banking.
