More automated emails for rent
It would be good to be able to have automated emails for rent overdue and further follow up emails. A customisable email for rent paid and monies owing as it is sometimes not right to send the invoice again but with £0.00 owing. It would be good to have a thank you / confirmation of payment email to send out to all.

In Settings > Automated Tenancy Emails, you can now set up emails to go out x days after the rent is due, and also before and after the start and expiry dates of the tenancy. Automated invoice emails stop once the rent is paid
