Ability to send emails to all tenants using mail merge
Hi guys, I would like to have a tag which I can click tenant and it sends my email to all tenants at once and allows the unit details to populate for that tenant.
Mass emails for health and safety visits such as flat door surveys or inspections would be a real time saver.
In case you haven't seen it, this feature is now available
In Communications > Sent Mail, add a new message
In Send To, press the filter icon and use one or more of the various filters to find the tenants you are looking for
Press Select All to add them en masse
