New early warning categories
Could we add the following categories into the early warning section?
1. Property Licence (such as Selective, Additional or HMO as many council are now introducing them)
2. Leasehold Term - for properties that are not freehold, it would be great to have an option to see the remaining years and we can prepare for lease extensions in advance.

Thank you for your suggestion
1. Property Licence. Go to Properties > Safety Certificates and add a new certificate. Type Property Licence in to the Certificate Type field and press the Add button that appears underneath. You can now add property licences to any of your properties
2. Leasehold term. You do the same thing with the leasehold term as well
