Invoices & Payments

Hi,

I just noticed when an invoice is generated for a tenant in a unit this isn't showing on the invoice.

It would be great to have this added.

Also, for joint tenancies i would like the whole rent to be assigned to all tenants rather than an amount for each of them.

If i assign the whole amount to the lead tenant then the second one doesn't have any invoices or payments allocated, so cannot get a rent statement.

If i split it, when i receive the rent in one payment it then makes it difficult to reconciliate as the software doesn't make the connection. This also then leads to a tenant statement where they can only see their part of the rent.

This would be a great updpate, as in joint tenancies they are both liabile to pay the full amount of rent and the landlord doesn't necessarly decide how they split or arrange the payment.
