Request "Next Bill Date" and "Early Redemption Date" column for Mortgages

Two of the most important dates for a landlord mortgage are the date it started (and date paid, if different) and the end of the fixed rate (or tracker, etc). At the moment I have open the item to see this. The end date is largely useless for a landlord in my opinion because most of us have 25 year mortgages and we always do something before then! Request is to expose these two dates as columns in the mortgages listing please:
