Being logged into more than 1 device without being logged out on the other.
It is extremely frustrating that you cannot simultaneously work on 2 devices (PC and phone)!!! This is especially annoying as you have to use the phone to upload receipts when you previously could 'Scan to email' and then send them straight to LLV. This didn't involve needing to use a phone at all.

We launched some log in related updates a couple of months ago, primarily for the app, one of which was to allow the user to be logged in to more than one device at the same time with the same log in credentials. To facilitate this, we now send you an email each time you log in from a new device
