Email received varification

I use an gmail extension called  Mailsuite https://mailsuite.com/en/

This provides the 2 tick system familiar to WhatsApp when a message has been sent, received by the other party and then green double tick when it's been read, it even tracks when a link in an email is opened and for all of this it provides a timestamp.  

The beauty of this is of course is verification that the email and link has eventually been actioned.  

Can this system be incorporated in LLV as I would like to use the communications module more, and do away with the potential for the tenant to say they haven't received the email etc....
