an option to include key or access details for the property - key safe codes etc without having to type them in each time.

Hi Roy, 

Thank you but I meant for there to be a way to add key access details onto work orders without physically having to copy and paste from the key section - it means you have to have LV open in multiple windows. :)

Have you tried the Keys section within each unit?  Head to Properties > Units, click on a unit and one of the tabs at the top of the screen is called Keys.  You may need to scroll across to find it
