Offline Backup or Export Data

Hello, is there an easy way to backup all my data for offline storage other than downloading lots of individual reports?

Ideally this should be a single option to export all my data in a format that can be reused by LV or Excel etc at a future point.

I am sure there is a central backup of the data but it would be nice to have the ability to keep our own periodic backups.

Thanks

This is a big worry if Landlord Vision was to disappear for any reason e.g. data breached, taken offline by hackers, backups encrypted by ransomware; goes out of business. At the moment I'm replicating as much as I can offline I would feel a lot safer if I can download my data outside of Landlord Visions own system now and then. Disasters happen.

Hello Ian

Thank you for your suggestion

At the moment there isn't a single back up all button, as you say, you can export the various reports as you need them

We back up the databases every night and keep them for 30 days, meaning at any time we have up to 30 copies of your database we can restore back to should we need to.
