A section to manage and view Rent Reviews...either per Tenancy and/or just like Events/Diaries a place to view all Rent Reviews.

To include things like, last Rent Review Date & Amount, potential next earlies Rent Review, as per RRA 12 months. % or Type of Rent Review

Thanks for the reply Roy. I had imported several AST tenancies recently,, which correctly became AST (deprecated), which then did not show the Rent Review tab. However, as per your message, by manually changing them to Periodic, the Rent Review tab appears. So good work, thanks!! ✔️☺️

Hello

If you set the tenancy type to either Periodic or Commercial Lease, there is a Rent Review section which shows you recent rent changes and when you can next change the rent, as well as being able to set a date for the review

Hi Roy, I see the "rent review date" but can a reminder be set for earlier. So for example at the moment that date is set for 12 months from the start of the periodic tenancy, which is when the rent increase can take place. However we need to give 2 months notice of any rent increase, so ideally we should have a reminder set for 2.5 or 3 months before the actual time it can start so we can research actual rent prices and work out any increase required, then give the required 2 months notice to the tenant. (make sense?)

By default the rent review is set to trigger an early warning three months prior to the Rent Review Dates. Make sure you have your notifications enabled to see these warnings
