Adding number of rooms

Hi guys - does anyone know if i can add the number of bedrooms to each property?

Thank you for your post

You can add bedrooms to a property in Properties > Units > Three Dots > Edit. On the Edit window that comes up, tick Units and add the rooms to the property

Thank you for this Roy - i just did this and added 3 bedrooms - however i cant see at a glance if the property is a 2/3/4 bedroom property without clicking into rooms. For example under facilities it tells me how many car parking spaces there are however i cant at a glance see how many bedrooms it is. I can however add it unmder the notes ...is that the only place i can add it to the main information about the house?

Hello Kamran

At this time, yes, you would either add this under notes or maybe Property Essentials.  Also, by adding the bedrooms as units, the software thinks it is a HMO and the rooms are to be let individually

Ok sure thats fine - ive just realised i can add it on property type - eg 3 Bed Terraced
