Tenant Application Form

You can send your tenants an application form so that they can update their own contact details and you can even use this to speed up process of adding a tenancy. 

To send the form, head to Contacts

Add Contact

Enter the Tenant's name and email address

Set Tag to be 'Prospective Tenant'

This will bring up some tenancy data which you can also fill in.  The tenant will see this when they are filling out the form and it will be used to populate the Add Tenancy form if they do go on to become a tenant

Press Send Application

The tenant will receive an email which they can use to enter the rest of their details.  If you are communicating with them via a messaging platform, you can press Copy Link and send them the link instead.

Once the tenant has completed the form, their Contact details will be expanded to cover all of the information that has been added.  You can then add this contact to a tenancy and they will become a tenant rather than a prospective tenant.

Alternatively, you can add the form to your website.  Go to Settings > Tenant Application and press Copy Link and add it to your site.  Please note that each portfolio will have it's own link.
