Add A Safety Certificate

To add a Safety certificate navigate to Properties > Safety Certificates > click the green + icon
Certificate - Choose from Either Electrical, EPC, Gas or add your own by typing it in to the box and press Add Type
Contact - The supplier of the certificate
Reference - Any reference you would like to add
Expiry - Enter an Expiry Date
Property - The property this certificate applies to
Attach Files - Upload a copy of the certificate
Status - Is the certificate active or not - if not you can archive it

Have you added your Early Warning settings? - Early Warnings
Certificate - Choose from Either Electrical, EPC, Gas or add your own by typing it in to the box and press Add Type
