As well as property essentials, safety certificates, insurances and white and brown goods, there are other sections within a property that you can fill in as well. These are:
Utility Suppliers - Record which companies are connected tot he property, plus who the council tax is with.
Meter Readings - Store meter readings as you finish tenancies, or just whenever you have them.
Valuations - Record valuations you have received, or use our online service provided by ValPal.co.uk to get a quick, free valuation.
Diary - Make a note of and work done or anything else pertaining to that property that you want to keep a track of.
Maintenance - Any work orders raised against the property will appear here.
Keys - Record keys and their location, then check them out and in with tenants, contractors, cleaners and anyone else who has that key.
Target Rents - Make a note of the expected rent (different from the actual rent) for a property or unit. Get a free rent valuation using our online service provided by ValPal.co.uk.
Tasks - Raise and close tasks for things that need to be done.
E-signatures - Get documents signed electronically. Note there is a small additional charge for this service.
