Accounting Data Lock

Do you need to lock down you accounting data from certain date to prevent accidental changes? Enabling this option will let you specify a date up until which account transactions are protected from accidental changes. Users will not be allowed to add, delete, or update data in ways that will affect accounting up until the lock date.

To add the lock, navigate to My portfolio (top left) > drop down arrow > 3 dots > Edit > this will give you the following screen:

Tick 'Enabled' and enter a date that you would like the lock to commence so anything before this date is 'locked' and cannot be edited without changing this date. > SAVE
