Extending the Live Bank Feed

Bank feeds normally only last for 90 days, but it is possible to extend them for a further 90 days.  When the feed is about to expire, an option will appear in your account to allow you to reconfirm the feed.  This will extend the feed for another 90 days without having to manually log in and set it up again.

In Banking > Accounts or also in the Accounts widget on the dashboard, press the three dots next to the account and press Reconfirm Bank Feed

When you press this option, you will be taken to GoCardless and a message will appear saying that you have successfully reconnected your account and how many days of consent you have left before you will need to do it again.  Please note this is different from Reconnect Bank Feed which takes you through the full connection process where you need to enter all of your details as though setting it up for the first time.
