Troubleshooting balances

The Statement Balance and the Balance in Landlord Vision do not match

The Statement Balance is the sum total of all payments on the Bank Statements page.  The Balance in Landlord Vision is the sum total of all payments on the Account Transactions page.  Both pages should show the same list of payments.  
These numbers will not match if there are unreconciled transactions.  Unreconciled transactions can be found in two places:

The Reconcile page

Account Transactions > filter > Status: Unreconciled

If you have unreconciled transactions on the Account Transactions page, the chances are they are duplications.  Check the reconciled and unreconciled transactions around the same date and see if there are any that match.  If so, the payment has been recorded twice and can be deleted from Either Income > Invoices or Expenses > Bills depending on if it is an income or an outgoing.
